With the 20 year performance of the Canadian reit sector? If not how high must we bounce to be an overall good return?

doesn't matter much to me as i didn't invest for such a period. i entered reits when i thought reits were close to topping out. had i waited a few more months i would have done much better but still doing not too bad except in one name which still has good fundamentals. prefer to trade a cyclical sector like this with the inflation/rate cycle and rotate elsewhere when valuation get ...more
