Sept 15 powell "yeah you know ah...yeah maybe we need to leave rates here higher for longer"

4 months later, new dot plot shows may have good cuts in 2024.  

REITs still cant recover.  like how can you win wall street man.  what is this

think maybe you shouldn't have bet it all and gone in on margin?  think maybe diversifying outside of just the REIT sector would have a been a good idea? the difference between us, is that i'm following buffett's advice  (when a stock goes down, i like it and buy more). you're just paying off interest payments, which will be high for some time sorry for your poor ...more
