Artis is a DAWG with fleas

Most REITS have bounced a lot more than artis past few months. In fact pull up a 1 year chart of artis and it looks like its at the bottom just trading sideways. Cant even get going with EP and NCIB eating up shares every month and a 6th month strategic review, with their entire retail portfolio up for sale.
