There was no hint of the 8 Calgary properties being sold
which was a non-trivial amount of 200m. Maybe they have the US madison office portfolios and other assets like MAIN also up for sale. Unloading retail is not necesarily strategic if you still have a diversified reit with office NOI % going up unless its to be split up somehow. who wants to own a 60% office and 40% industrial reit with IRIS?
