The recent sales shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone.  Great prices and he has sold almost 1/3 of the retail portfolio on a piecemeal basis - as he said he would.

Hi rad10.  Regarding your ADHD comment, I have the same gut reaction sometimes.  But one must bear in mind madness and genius are often intertwined.
