SIB coming this month for Artis?
buyback has been frozen since the NCIB expired.. nothing on the prefs or commons, only filings since have been lagged ones, which makes me think the company is under blackout.
i could easily envision a sib here given low liquidity/poor trading volume plus the one major asset sale with another in the pipeline. also fcr units have greatly recovered giving samir more fcr. a couple big days this week of volume there, wonder if artis is selling.
either way, manji finally has some options. would guess he's waiting to put new mortgages on properties given falling rate pressures but something likely brewing.

Agree - I've finally opened a position and adding here and there.

All signs do indeed point to a SIB in the works, so much so that this is now my base case. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the unit price remains mired in the ~$6.50 range so the SIB can be executed at a dirt-cheap price (perhaps as low as $7.25 if we are really lucky). Baby Bunny

Hey Olhausen, welcome to the board, nice and refreshing to hear from others. "Bum fluff" now there's a new one for me. A certain poster on this board comes to mind when I see this! Actually suites him/them to a tee!
