Common theme

Looks like with HR not doing any buybacks anymore,  dream office cutting dividend and building liquidity pool, and Artis doing the same with big asset sales perhaps they're expecting some worst case scenario banking and cre flush and will be nice and solvent.

The regional banks are seeing what's coming too

I agree Gary.  There can be only one explanation for Powell's inaction:  he is just a puppet being played by the Wall Street big boys.   Baby Bunny

It's a fine balancing act. Pay attention to history and let it be your guide (with regards to Fed action/inaction). No one wants resurgence and or run away inflation. No one wants economy to be wrecked thus fine balancing act. Problem is Feds tend to react to data rather than be anticipatory because that is all they have and how they seem to be wired.
