NCIB

Per my math, Artis can max the NCIB for 14 weeks before exhaustion. Wake me up at the earlier of: a) Samir selling a portfolio of assets; b) Samir starts spending the half a billion dollars of proceeds (SIB); or, c) in 10 weeks when things get interesting.

Not sure there is much to add until then.

Frankie, per my math you have lost a lot of money on Artis and a bunch of others.  Is your portfolio 100% in reits?  You should have taken my advice earlier but I guess you already figured it out by now.  Good luck in the future.  Sincerely,  Tjay (your favourite macro informant)

Now now boys, let's not get into anything here. While I surely need not stand up for Frankie, I will say this. He is young(er) he is smart and certainly knows his stuff and he is also a " lifer" ie is in it for the very long haul. 50% equities 25% Bitcoin 25% REITs (levered). I was fortunate to unwind nearly all my leverage late 21' and bought back what I sold for meaningfully less. I did this 4 times over the period from late 21' to date. Documented on H&R board as this has always been my core REIT holding.
