CANADIAN REITS

Once again the trds are all red while everything else is GREEN & VNQ flat.  CAD REITS are just getting skunked daily

I've said it before and it bears repeating:  Artis is a trd that won't float.  So is H&R for that matter. Yet they are both so cheap I can't resist owning them! Baby Bunny

I'm totally in the same boat, surrounded by TRD's that won't float. But I can't resist. One day, Wall Street goons will get tired of shorting them and they will float to the surface and regain their lustre. Thinking Christmas 2024 will be better for floating.

With H&R at this price, there will be no hesitation where I will be directing a lump sum cashflow from something like a SIB. H&R is incredible value at this price. As is Artis. However, one is a very, very long-term hold of 10+ years; and the other has short-term catalysts whereby the CEO is currently arbitraging the public to private valuation dislocation.
