You need to put the potential proceeds on disposition from asset sales in proper context. We have $1B of industrial assets remaining. Even if we took the $440M of proceeds from sales yet to close and put that all towards debt. Then you ONLY sold the industrial. Took HALF of that and also paid down debt. The $500M remaining is nearly the entire market cap of $670M. Mic drop.

So we would be left with a largely office REIT. Correct? But with little or no debt.
