How can my boy dz say inflation is basically there with rents coming in and Powell suggesting needs more confidence yet the reits are still as weak as ever past 2.5 years.  Something stinks with this ... if inflation was near to being beat we'd be much much higher

Thank you, saved me from replying! Wasn't completely certain how to have replied to that in a nice enough manner. As I have noted far too many times, interest rates are but one thing, an important thing, there is however other headwinds that remain. I am expecting a bit choppy overall market environment coming up over the next while. My advice to anyone is to have your list ready, mine is. I
