THE ONLY THING

That will sink us now is bad cpi.  Bad news it's good news for bonds and reits. So long as there's no systemic credit events.  If June is OK despite crudes run we may be in the clear. Either way I expect a August and Sept slump for oil

You don't think the longer they hold rates where it is that you won't see more bank failures and Cre defaults?  The stock market is flashing signs of another bubble and it looks like we are heading towards a recession.

You can't just assume a crash is going to happen while the fed plays ignorant. If they're wrong it's intentional

Perfect !! So glad I own all the sectors that have been killed for the last 2 years... The quicker the bad news quicker they cut rates.... The interest rate sensitive sector recovers.... and is once again seen as the safe Haven in the Market..  Does anyone remember hard assets / irreplaceable infrastructure.. ???  They still matter even if the market has decided to ...more

It's the debt renewals capping ffo growth.  Rates are too high man.  Need that 3 to 3.5% back
