Imagine thinking REITS can have a nice bull run when artis cant break above $6.60, HR cant break above $9 on DOZENS of attempts, theres going to be some serious decline in rates with NAV write-ups for these trds to get going

I would think it to be a misjudgment to assume a "serious decline in rates" in the near term in the U.S.......,.at least I hope not.

Meant there's "gotta be" not "going to be". These trds can't break abysmal prices with 9% implied cap rates no matter what
