Hi, I largely stopped looking at this forum.  Too toxic.   My take is we are fine here.   Market is skittish and people,have scars from real estate investing.  I am actually quite happy with the results for the reits I own.  Sgr payout ratio down, prv paying off debt, others doing well.   The office stuff is also stable but will be the last to show consistency in

Btw my usa reits were down big today.  The copycat nature of the markets is likely why cdn ones were down.   Usa goes down to de-risk into their inflation print, Canada follows.   Volatility not performance I think.
