You guys are celebrating as if J Powell landed the plane. This is far from over as we are only halfway there and it took over 2 years from when they started hiking rates. Don't worry. The plane can get turbulence on the way down too.

Powell was cracking jokes at jackson hole.  He and the democrats are just going to fudge some data.   Going to be  a nice monster rally into 2025!

Whoever was buying these reads on the bottom many on this panel have been.. congrats you're up nicely!!  this has always been trade buying reits at historic lows !!!   Some people on here are for some reason against this trade.... ( even though for some of us, it's already worked out very nicely  ).  ..... talk about economic theories not sure why ???
