XRE broke out yesterday on 750k volume usually under 300k. Short covering can easily take us another 2 to 5% higher.  After that... ALL BETS are off as reit yields would have fallen 1 to 1.5% since June.  Much more reasonable for 5% to 8% dividends with a 3% 10 year.

I am putting Gary on ignore after submitting this post.  It will be so much more pleasant not having to wade thru his constant yammering and flooding and burying of any real discussion on these Reit boards.  I never put posters on ignore as I feel all opinions are welcome.  In this case it is indeed necessary to make an exception though.  Join me, you won't regret it.

You have no diversification in your portfolio which is a sign of inexperience. Having liquidity is very important in an interest cutting cycle and there are no certainties on how things are going to play out.
