NCIB wants to buy, people don't want to sell

Artis SP movement > peers

NCIB wants shares, is pushing the price due to a dearth of sellers.

A .25% or .5% deviance would normally suffice to shake out as much volume as desired from peer price movement anomally sellers, but the deviance required is larger, indicating strong reluctance to sell.

It will be interesting to see if this continues.

A smaller office peer, TNT had been acting similarly.

At the end of the day its all about the BOTS and ALGOS and how they wanna swing things. It looks like they have gone to the long side of the trade in REITS, the question is do they keep the momentum going.....for a BULL MARKET
