I hate to say it but if ever there was a optimal time for a hostile bid by artis its now. D.un didn't really rally past few months and rates are firmly expected to come down enhancing the liquidity of the assets next year

And retail and residential at 300 main. Also, correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the bulk of Cominar is 50 percent retail by square footage (4.6M square feet) so Artis is not just an office REIT.
