In event artis continues some outperformance Im wondering if I should gradually rotate some into another REIT just because its ballooned to such a big position over these years...would like to hedge the bet that manji manages to flop on some capital allocation takeover.

If you are in a non tax sheltered account, and both perform the same, MRC is the winner due to prior explanation on this front. If you do run the numbers and move into MRC, feel free to share your opinons etc, there isn't much talk about MRC and I find it valuable when others comment on things i own since it often leads to unearthing of things I had not thought about or seen a certain way ...more
