I really wish there was a couple reits that were still depressed to rotate artis into.  Not going to do office reits.  Turned off of nwh too. Maybe SRU? SIMILAR YIELDS

You know...............this post you just made reminded me of something. I well remember several months ago, maybe even around the time we were hitting the low on this stock that I said, there will come a time, and it won't be that far out that a lot of people will reflect back and say, man, why didn't I buy more of this stock or most other reits for that matter. Not sure if you remember ...more

I bought as much as humanly possible of reits at the expense of going 780k into margin.  That bold bet as paid off for now

SIMILAR YIELDS" MRC lol.  It's primarily multi family, with around 20% retail and 20% office (rough, off of memory) yet still trades at a cap rate equal to current office REITs, even cheaper if you look at higher ...more

That chart of MRC is bad plus no dividend.  Not sure why it's the cheapest reit.. bad management? I'll need to do some due diligence.  Also I need the dividend to offset my margin expense otherwise it's risky B
