You may not have the temperament to invest in individual stocks Gary. ETF's might be a better choice for you. Something to consider for sure.

This coming from a guy who has very little diversification in his portfolio. At least try to learn about industries outside of your reit competence. You will be a better investor in the long run.  I hope you learned your lesson about the importance of diversification and leverage.

  you are not an honourable man. I intellectually dog walked you like the beach you are. the only lesson I learned is how to double my net worth in short order, by staying true to my analytically-backed convictions and ignoring charlestons and whining manchildren.

Sure buddy. You are all talk.  You lost a lot of money owning reits  and putting a substantial part of your net worth on them. When you look at the bigger picture, you are down big time over the last couple of years.  This is your portfolio in a nutshell. Elevator down and stairs up

Hey Gary, treasury bonds and treasury notes are doing really well at the moment. Have you thought about broadening your portfolio with other types of assets or do you want to be a one trick, one dimensional investor like Frankie pom pom boy?  Tlt's are up over 20% since October.
