"MARKET GETTING AHEAD OF ITSELF"?

Hmmm....HR reit at a 11x AFFO multiple while US ones tradee at 20x....not so sure about that.  Hmmm....PRV, BTB, SRU < 100% payout ratios and 7.2%-9% yields? Im not so sure about that.

HR is THE best long-term value in the REIT sector, if you believe the money printer will continue to debase the Canadian Dollar over the next decade. You're welcome.

If your "market getting ahead of itself" was in reference to my post, yes, in fact the market had gotten ahead of itself, yet again. My post was in reference to rate cuts, it has happened many times over the last little while. The second we got a 50 bipper the market immediatley priced in another 50 with more to come after that. The market, reits in particular took off from there. What ...more
