WORTH REPEATING

Despite the major sell off in equity markets, VNQ is holding up rather nicely. Some CAD reits like D.UN AND AP.UN aree now bleedin almost 3%, others firmly in the red. Sideline money rather take that 3.75% savings then invest in the canadian reit sector at these levels. HR free cash flow is $1AFFO/$11 = 9%.

Should be 6% IMO
