IIRB MARGIN RATE

Should go from 5.2% to 4.7% tomorrow. Hmm what can I buy that gives me a net profit based on yield... pretty much any Canadian reit many still 6 to 8%

Looks like a good time to BUY THESE TRDS THAT KEEP SINKING.

I'd say I need each reit I own to have a 75bp lower yield to hold or consider selling. Not now
