BANK OF CANADA

Will cut 50bp in both DEC and JAN according to a citi economist.

Thats 2.75bp overnight rate and a ~3.75% Interactive Brokerage margin rate (prime + ~1% blended)

Gosh if I gobble up REITS now with a 6% dividend like Riocan up to a 7.5%-8.5% dividends (many names) thats an INSANE income spread.  

I wonder when the canadian PENSION funds are going to catch on here

"GDP by industry was flat on the month in August, in line with expectations and Statistics Canada’s preliminary estimate. While activity is expected to rise 0.3%MoM in September, with revisions lower to start the quarter in July, Q3 GDP by industry is estimated to rise by around 1% annualized.
