Not key at all. Compared with over 1B of dispositions, it is a grain of sand on the beach. And it is not a recurring expense.

The expense is not meaningful but if its over 100k+ it signifies some "business" is going on with external parties such as an acquisition etc

Not impossible, but I don't sense this will happen in the near future. I don't have the crystal ball however.
