I agree with you man. The REIT trade is so tiresome... I should have just rolled it all into BTC, MSTR and Metaplanet when we were both trimming our REIT positions and taking profit not too long ago... the BTC-Trump trade was clear and obvious, I leaned in, but didn't go all in... ugh, the regret.
