REITS rebounded, they are no longer correcting, just in "free fall". How is a high quality industrial reit like dream induistrial back at June prices?

Like cmon man, i think we all need to start asking questions as to what the agenda is here.

when has inflation at 2.3%, 2.6% etc been under a microscope to this extent

Yes and if Trump caused hyper inflation I would curse the s0b.. but based on speculation alone when I didn't hear inflation uttered in 2016 t to 2020..

No, I have an issue with tampons in men's washrooms. Canada has become so woke that it is utterly disgusting. This is all going to change when Justin Trudeau gets annhilated at the next election.

Canada will also become much more investable once JT is gone. It's been horrifying to watch capital drain from our country, our markets are considered a joke to all international investors (I don't know a single non-Canadian who invests in Canadian markets), the strengthen of our passport has diminished so much to what it once was, crime is up as much as Bitcoin, education is a disaster ...more
