With the BOC and FED cutting again in Dec (or at least highly expected to based on market bets),
I expect the traders can see this as a reason to go long interest rate sensitive stuff via the rotation trade, but to succesfully have a solid rip with +15% sector move they will also need to have treasuries rally
So the seeing the 10yr yield dive lets say ~50bp coupled with more central bank cuts is your recipe for a solid santa rally into January
I expect the reversal of the trade to begin between now and first week of Dec.
