EXPLANATION

The chart of vnq, and a few cad reits like ARTIS,  BTB,  PRV and pmz look like they made the huge summer rally and just stalled with a small drift Down.

Now look at XRE, HR, NWH, DIR and they have bended over quite big.   A difference of 12% almost. 

Pretty insane
