Legitimate question

Despite what publically traded reits do with bond yields treated as a  proxy, is not lower rates giving better liquidity in private markets and seeing some volume pick up or more interested buyer pool

if it isnt, then when

I mean, if ur any of these REITS why not sell something and run a NCIB like artis and FCR are doing

starting to make very little sense.  i could understand 1 year ago having poor liquidity but things should be a bit more certain now

VNQ is after all 20% higher than 1 year ago
