REFLECTION.

XRE was north of $16 last time this year.  It was $14.xx on Thursday and Fridays bounce put it a tad back above $15.

INFLATION COMING DOWN, RATES COMING DOWN MADE A -% DIFFERENCE.

Some pundits like NCP said reits rally 20% with the first cuts....CLEARLY THAT DID NOT HAPPEN!
