Is this is JP Morgan being referred too.

In her book Fool's Gold, Financial Times columnist Gillian Tett focuses on the “innovation evangelists” in the firm.

"A team within JP Morgan developed many of the financial products like credit derivative, which almost brought down the financial system in 2008."
