There are no difficulties with operations. The difficulty is with maintaining enough ore because of lack of underground development. Alexco's Brad Thrall explained this in the interview that is up on Alexco's site.

"There are no difficulties with operations." Lack of underground development to provide sufficient feed would be a difficulty with operations. Actually, it would be a fundamental governing difficulty. If I was a cynic I would say it's a perfect opportunity to pick up the company cheap. But I wouldn't possibly say that.
