Oh look, in my opinion, this is a deal just for you.
This is just my opinion and the following is for entertainment purposes only.
Oh look, we have no long term debt so we just run by using your cash and by raising more flow through. We can't supply the feedstock, but we have a great mill, it's underutilized but it is great, read that we are going to spend cash firming up the inventory in the ground.
Why no long term debt? Well usually you need something called collateral. In my opinion no self respecting banker will bet clients money on speculation as to whats in the ground. Show me one and I might visit. So where do you get cash well, maybe just go to people who need a tax lose and say have i got a deal for you. Need more information on Axu just ask any accounting student to review last years statements and comment or maybe just take peek on the net, the fiances for almost two decades are there.
This play, in my opinion, is just a big speculation as many have found out.
In my opinion be smart! Wait and see how this play out over the summer but don't be the next bag holder as this thing might just might end up a penny stock.
