Is Axu still operational?

Hopefully Axu has an evacuation plan if required. airlift? Not to many alternate routes available if the silver trail gets blocked.

Mayo is one of several communities for which the territorial government has issued evacuation alerts as 161 fires, as of Friday, burn in the Yukon. The other communities include Elsa, Keno, Moose Lodge Creek, the Victoria Gold Mine as well as Stewart Crossing and surrounding areas.

Just a little update would be nice stating that the staff and crew are OK and there is a evacuation plan.  imo Axu was never great at saying much of anything other than for the most part talking about resources in the ground and drilling BS.  "Someting like look how much is here" but as others have said many times that is a long way to gettng dollars on the books.    ...more
