Ceo took shares at $5.00 and drive the price down to 12 cent and she still in full power of this at this company...and nobody here took the time to vote her out the door last AGM ...a lot of nut Cracker on this board for not voting....that's the only power shareholders can do to change the board..to late now and we sacrifice big time with the warrant ripped off for shareholders

No one here has the votes to get anyone out. The best we could have done is deny the board/management their options. I regret not voting. Next AGM I will either be stinking rich or no longer a shareholder. Either way, I will have a different perspective than I do now.
