Major Tom,  do you know of any connection between Lind Partners and Red  Cloud Securities?

is Else still paying them $5,000 a month?  I find it remarkably coincidental that our share price started to immediately plummet once Red Could entered the game.

I also suspected that Red Cloud was involved and inquired with IR/management and never heard anything but the usual copy/paste responses. I can't say one way or the other at this point. It's quite possible that Else management thought that Red Cloud could protect them from the "Black Cloud" of Lind's "alleged" naked short selling and algo manipulation. Hindsight is ...more

Do you know, is Else mgmt still paying Red Cloud $5,000/mo?  If they are, They would be better served to buy back 200,000 shares a month instead.
