BAM releases key dates for Asset Manager Spinoff

BAM just released the key dates of their upcoming Asset Manager spinoff as Board, shareholder, court and material regulatory approvals have been received:

• Distribution record date: Friday, December 2, 2022;
• Effective date: At close of business on Friday, December 9, 2022 (subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the remaining conditions to the arrangement);

• First day of trading of the new securities: Monday, December 12; and
• "Due bill" and "If, as and when-issued" trading commencement date: Thursday, December 1, 2022, and ending on the close of business on Friday, December 9, 2022.
