HERE's WHY

I am long BB, have been buying and will continue to buy and it’s not because of any WSB (r/wallstreetbets) push or position – although having WSB on our side is certainly appreciated. For the record, I am a simple investor (solo/individual) not an advisor and do not work for BB or have any sort of affiliation other that I HAVE put my $ where my mouth is and … I’m laying it out right here. Besides $BB I am also an investor of $TSLA, $MVIS, $WKHS, $NIO a vanadium long energy storage duration miner T.LGORF / T.LGO ( that I LUV) , T.CIA … and a dozen or so others… I do believe that the TIME IS NOW to invest in this precious diamond in the rough ( to way too many)…
BB’s s sp will rise significantly, in my H opinion, going forward. I would hope, however, that the sp rise would unfold reasonably; without exaggerated bouts of euphoria, without unnecessary froth so as to not overdo the volatility element. No matter what, expect pullbacks here and there. I urge you to consider these as yet one more opportunity to BUY or HOLD as a minimum. Of course …that’s up to you.
The current BB situation reminds me of couple years younger Tesla bull/bear dynamics ( fights ). Was there when Tesla was at $180/s (before the 5:1 split) and nobody wanted it …it was a falling knife propelled-galore by shorts and more shorts. There was a sort of unsaid understanding by those who saw their long view that buying on the way down (in this case) was an opportunity. It was such a morally wrong time to short the stock as the great company in the making was being derailed from bringing us all to a cleaner, more energy sustainable future – a daunting and risky task but with great benefits to all humanity as everyone else followed in its path. It hurt to see the stock slide and it truly felt like something good was being done by fighting the ever-present negative forces. Blackberry (BB) feels like they have been kept knee-down for too long. The air is now clearing and we now see a clearer resurgence of their hard, clever, ground-up work. THE TIPPING POINT APPEARS set to now take place. I believe it will be fully engaged in the next few weeks and escalated to new ‘I should have’ dimensions by THIS spring.
So, writing this message purely reflecting on BB’s value-reality, perfectly timed positioning and their under-radar inherent potential, specifically; BB IS NOT RIM… but… - But RIM would have benefited with BB’s revamped , more millennium, more IoT security BB brother
- And wait a minute, partnership with OnwardMobility will soon splash a new BB-branded android 5G smart (supersmart) phone in mid-2021…THAT ALONE should be very interesting moment !!

- The QNX OS tech has been designed from the ground up with advanced microkernel virtual partitioning to dynamically categorize processes wrt to the importance, criticality so that the hack is compartmentalized … as in not allowed to spread…to cascade (it is hunted down and ‘boxed’)
- The QNX dynamic processing spreadibility allows specific instantaneous tasks to have what it takes to get them done

o QNX implemented in aerospace and defense applications as well as medical devices and robotics – again this is all ‘securely’ connected and ‘real time’
- Considering the security implications of enveloping the world with satellites… will Musk’s Starlink make use of QNX in some way…. Perhaps Elon will add it into his verticality machine …BUT IT IS already being used for SpaceX !!

- Sell QNX not just to car makers but ‘directly’ to users?? Regardless it is VERY possible that they will somehow embrace the recurring monetization of saas enabling infotainment , proactive maintenance and ongoing enhancement functionality (self-driving upgrades)
BB’s IVY BB/AWS 50/50 PARTNERSHIP - This is about using IVY (intelligent Vehicle Data Platform) cloud-residing MIDDLEWARE on an equal partnership basis with Amazon. IVY allows developers to develop all sorts of apps allowing IVY to tie it together. IVY logically sits between any OS like BB’s highly used QNX and the cloud…any cloud (not just Amazon’s) . Consider the multitude of revenue streams … as applications increase as a variety of OS’s are utilized in the EV frenzy
- IVY was designed with scalability and is monetized in a subscription basis
- Through IVY, OEMs can get the complete view of all data coming in real time all the time. This is the source from which correlational analytics is assumed and dealt with
- Do you think that Amazon would want to partner to develop and market BlackBerry’s Intelligent-dynamic Vehicle Data Platform without believing that it makes sense to do so? Pretty powerful validation as Amazon does not want to be second in anything or fail…
- Now consider robo taxis, robo transport…the hacking component…the intelligence developing layers that both IVY and QNX will need to treat … in a variety of ways – but – always secure…end to end.
PATENTS - Sold a bunch (90 or so) to HUAWEI
- Many more. highly likely more valuable, in holding – remember still dabbling, still software-niching … so key patents may be at hand for future BB market expansion
- Beyond patents we also have patent infringements – ala FACEBOOK … we should soon find out what the $amount of the settlement is….remember the infringement relates to the core messaging critical to Facebook communications…That alone could rake in $1B++
