does anyone know how much cash BB will receive from Facebook It is all speculative. So avoid any assumptions. We might be able to get a rough estimate once we look at the earnings at the end on March. 2 Billion may be far too much but I honestly don't have any idea and nor does anyone else. I would assme half of that just to be on the cautious side.

A: These invalidated or expired patents are worth $0. B: These patents are not litigated or licensed. They include no broad claims. They’re valued at between $10,000 and $30,000.  ...more

Thanks Hedgetrimmer Great handle btw So, even if all the patents BB have on the books are only category B, that would equate to 700m if you averaged them out to 20k per. Now, if only 5% of them are in cat d that is $570m No one really knows true valuation, but they are on the block to free up cash for either an acquisition or development with AWS or anything else they need.
