Property meaning patents worth 100 million would go to bonuses if the stock stays over 30$ for 10 consecutive days . I'd rather they reinvest that money into growing the sales channels or product development.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the Canadian Government quash a $25US per share offer by Lenovo due to National Security Concerns not that long ago?  Now BB is selling patents to the Chinese and forming a partnership with Baidu another Chinese company. Am I the only shareholder that's concerned? WTF is Chen doing?

Don t see a problem selling anyone software. Microsoft sell all over the world. Thing is they don t sell their patents. As far as i know.

My concern is every Chinese company is owned by the Communist Republic of China. As the son of a father who defected from the Soviet Union, he taught me to NOTto ever trust a communist regime. Just have a look at what's going on in Russia now. Rumour has it that the Chinese took down Nortel after rthey got a hold of their patents. I am not a politcal person but the Communist Regimes are not
