No insider sale for Chen or Fairfax/Watsa

Chen has approx 7,225,000 common shares, Fairfax has over 47,000,000 common shares (not to mention $330m of convertible debentures which represent another 55m shares). No share sales reported as of todays insider summaries (per INK Research).

Either they felt the door opening was to narrow to allow them to sell, or they possess material infomation that prevented then from selling, or they feel a better time to sell  will come

Well, yes. Ask yourself what shorting involves. A sale of shares. Sales are reportable.

So now it is not shorting, it is securities lending? Have you thought this through? Also, I believe using caps, as you do,  implies yelling. Yelling implies your statements lack sufficient merit to stand up on their own.
