It's not in the regulators best interest to act against this white collar crime. Hedge funds are too big to go against, control too much money and are ALL TOO BIG TO FAIL. The retail investor means nothing and is always the sacrificial lamb. We are at their mercy and all we can do is to try and ride the elephant to where it wants to take you.

Not sure naked shorting is the the problem. Shorting of BB in general is way down percentage wise.  The challenge is revenue growth. Next month there will be  quarterly earnings announcement . If revenue growth is stagnant, well see 7 or 8 CDN again, unless guidance for 2022 is substantially higher.  In the US, short percentatge of total trade has been below 10.68% th elast five ...more

So I guess you think  when CIBC represents 53% of the selling today followed by Anonymous at 22% for a total of 75% is perfectly normal trading?
