Well, let's ask ourselves this. If this were indeed the case, why did the sp drop considerably after the last announcement in Dec? Was there no leak then??? Seems to me that the deal is very close to being done as JC mentioned quite a bit of the parameters of the possible deal during his conference call.. Otherwise he would not have said that much. Im with you on that..Chen should be voted off..maybe stick him in the mailroom or something! They let this guy run the company,seriously!
