The quick and dirty from the call RE: Patent sale Chen Said That that he's confident 80/20 that the patent deal will be completed by end of 3rd, possibly 4thQ.  A price is set and now the lawyers are doing their thing. IF the deal shouldn't go through for some out-there reason, THERE ARE other buyers lined up. He wants it done. it sounds like his patience is getting thin.

...it actually could be hung up in LEGAL jargon, i don't know but my inner conspiracy voices say why does it also smell of like A WELL PLANNED and EXECUTED STALL tactic by somebody like FB??..company has somewhat put this side of the business in NEUTRAL for what ,a year now??? Nothing like tying up a competitor and creating distractions to your core business..jeepers, while the $1 billion
