If you looks close at what wejo does its nowhere close to ivy architecture. Ivy does edge processing as well as cloud. Seems like wejo is ingesting data from car but their architecture is so old school that it's no use to cars. It process everything in cloud and then feeds it to advertisers etc. for car data to be useful it needs to do edge processing. look at slide 14 of their brief. i see what you mean but even after looking more in WEJO it seems to be nothing more than collecting GPS and  some event data. I wen't back and this time read the GM media release from their website and it seems to really jive with what BB has been releasing for Ivy. Stuff like security, edge processing, allowing external developers, OS agnostic(linux, android, etc).  Here's the

I'm hoping Chen releases some initial interested parties during early access release this month. Went through wejo brief again and I see the overlap down the road with ivy but in cloud space, the edge processing is still ivys advantage with security and capability to push upgrades directly to sensors.
