PCCT – T Minus 9 Trade Days to Fiscal Quarter results.
 
What will be the material impact of no deal?  No FB deal? No Patent deal?   Yet another delay to a deal?  They picked the Wed and not the Friday...

The quarter should be its strongest financially, if the deal fell through – the escrow amounts of the patents would/could be due as discussed. (paid in the ¼? ). The anomaly of January 2021 was quite remarkable – SURGE was an understatement – YET with non of the elements below answered specifically to the market or its shareholders in nearly 1 year.

There is no escrow that's holding patent rev for a year!!! Chen has said that they just stopped the rev or monitizing. If there was escrow it would need to be declared in filing at ER, technically it's still bb money since deal is not final. You can't hide that rev!!! if the deal does go through JC has essentially destroyed the value of patent portfolio by significant amount. You

Wake up,  there is no Patent Sale,We will never know about the FB settlement,Chen treats shareholders like Mushrooms ,Feeds them Sh## and keeps them in the dark,and some on this board are to Stupid to figure this out,DREAMERS
