Chen does say firms using our tech and our licensing. You thinking we still own some or all of patents on sale? But until announcement official then is it business as usual?

I am not sure but he does say that a partner is trying to develop a product using our technology, etc. So could it not be that one of the reasons of the delay on OM's part has to do - indirectly or directly - with the patent sale? If BB is to sell those patents, would it not stand to reason that OM would have to deal with the new outfit purchasing them or some variation of that scenario? One

Missed the partner part. Guilty of admiring the interviewer perhaps. Didn't like her 'nail in the coffin' remark and I think it surprised Chen also. Regardless, OM would still need security regardless of patent sale and that's where the partnership comes in I think. Sounds intriguing and promising.
