BlackBerry Value in Whole or Parts

What is BlackBerry in parts or whole worth? while waiting to see if one or more of our many partners in automotive will be placing a Superbowl Ad, anybody care to weigh in? I'm not talking fire sale breakup feast, but a reasonable forward looking value to an Amazon, Cisco, Apple, Facebook, Tesla, Google or name your behemoth?

As stated a week or two ago, I'm now leaning more toward notion of Chen grooming BB for sale, with some optionality of parts spinoff or sale. While Cylance is fully integrated it remains a separate entity. Even the trolls, who can't seem to post without ripping on Chen, often go on about BlackBerry having best products.

The best predictor of future is past. Look to Sybase and then figure in Chen's present age. He turns 67 this summer. He's a family man who is philanthropic and likes to golf. Perhaps he stays on in present or reduced capacity beyond 11/23, but I wouldn't bet on it. Not that there aren't already several catalysts that can propel the SP (thinking Ivy update most likely next up), but just imagine as M & A climate heats up. The street may still have blinders on, but every big tech out shopping knows what's happening with BlackBerry.

Revenue turn-around is imminent.  Months not years. same with stock price. I think there's zero chance that Chen stays on after NOV2023.  He'll collect his $90M and ride into the sunset by late 2023.
